Final notes: Was scammed by this user for skins, shame to see people go rogue for petty amounts. Word of advice, don't scam people who send PayPal from card, you'll lose 100% of the time. Shame to see that I was removed from his friendlist / block. He has been ignoring my Hack Forums messages now as well.

You should have just used a middleman but if you don't won it through PayPal, you can easily just get your bank to charge back the payment anyway.

You don't really expect people to scam especially not for a low amount like $65.
I actually wonder if he's happy about what he did, he made quick $65 but the cash is probably already spent on something useless like cheese burgers. Now he's getting a $65 bill since 630 easily can chargeback this.
