So I've just been reading up and found out the site is down, obviously it's been "hacked" apparently and the balance is lost. Anyway I've been away for multiple months and haven't had the time too deal with shit, but can anyone inform me as too if there is any lawsuits or class actions against the website currently? And if so could someone give me the details and or contacts of those involved?

If there isn't currently a lawsuit (or multiple) could people spot me in on why there isn't and why no one has started one? Also does anyone know the information on the owner?

No lawsuits currently, and probably none will be made. *coins are not legally recognized as currency, as far as I can tell, so there'd be no legal grounds for anyone to sue them.

its still property though. Stealing them is still theft and losing someone elses is probably criminal negligence at least

as to why there isnt a lawsuit, it wasnt that big of a site, no lawyer would want to take it on.

They are however legal property according to the US Govt, and I personally had well over a grand in AllCrypt, so wouldn't be against lodging a law suit against them.
