Everytime i look at his profile, i see him still online and not banned. It makes me sad to see that nobody cares about this. Look at the date, 3 days without anything happening.

No. Staff don't get involved in scam reports. You'll probably get rfed if you pm them.

Unless they multiaccount or something they won't get banned.
