It all depends on your graphic cards.

6 Character vanities take about 18 hours for me, and I use a gtx 750 Ti GPU. but 5 characters doesn't take long at all, maybe like 20 minutes.

my example is 5letter, all btc addresses start with a 1 , so your will be 1Astute, will get that in 20-40 min hopefully :)
