I'll use spoilers so it won't get too big at once because nobody likes that.
What I did/How I met stacks:
So I found his thread, and I was very interested in a 250$ lesson. 250$ is very much for me, especially for one hour, but it looked very promising. At the end of the thread there were three guys who claimed to never got anything after payment. Stacks ignored these but he was still answering to vouches after those posts, so I asked this on the thread:

Which is, in my opinion, just a friendly question. And I also stated that I am very interested so this is, again in my opinion, no sales trashing to me.
How he reacted:
He ignored my post, but left this rep on me:

I have absolutly no idea why I am horrible or not trustworthy just because of my post. If this is sales trashing for him he could have just send me a PM then I'd have removed the post, I wasn't meant to be rude in any way, I just think it's okay to ask that if you're going to spend 250$ for a one hour lesson on someone.
What happend then:
So I have sent him a PM, and explained everything to him. He started to act friendly, and he said that he just over-reacted, and that he's sorry for it, and that he'll change it to a +3. I said I'll remove my post completly, and so did I. Everything was fine and after 24h he changed the rep to a +3. Yay.
A few hours after that he send me a PM with the title: "I'm going to -3 you again..." and the following content:

So I had a quick look at the Help Docs and found that blackmailing for rep is against the rules. I have also found out that stacks is doing this on a lot of people since 2013! Here's an example:

What I did then:
I have contacted two staffs about this because I wasn't sure who's the right one. So far only one replied telling me that the other one will handle it, but he assured me that they will take this very serious.

You should add screenshot proof that he said he will -3 you again if you don't give him positive reputation because that quote can easily be edited.
If you would've checked his reputation you could've seen other users also had a negative experience with him.

OP is right. Stacks negged me saying I'm "untrustworthy", when he's never done a deal with me a day in his life. All because I called him out for running with people's money.

$250 is a lot of fucking money to regular people, so his service should be right on and on time. For a person to just ignore a user for weeks and months at time and making excuses along the way is unacceptable imo.
