Was suppose to be a smooth easy transaction of my $30 BTC for his $30 paypal, I went first due to my lack of rep. Once I had sent the money I pm'd him my PP information, and he went offline. He has not come back on since the incident, and has scammed me for $30 BTC. Proof attached below.
