I went into DashLaunch and saw that LiveBlock was enabled, I disabled it and rebooted but it keeps enabling itself.

Already tried man. I'm using Infernus, if that helps.

Make sure you're actually saving it in dashlaunch, allot of people forget you actually have to go and save the settings that you've chosen.

Just did that and it still doesn't work.
