staying lean while building muscle or just staying lean without any muscular progression?
Hey I am a large 13 year old (for my age, and I mean size, not fatness)
I have a resistance weight training set.
I am thinking this for a plan:
Monday: Arms, chest, back
Tuesday: Leg day, core
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Arms, chest, back
Friday: Leg day, core
Saturday & Sunday: Calisthenics, more stretching than usual, rest
Again and again.
What do you think?
By the way I'd be at the pool for many hours a day 5/7 days. I also do other sports, and lots of biking (no running except for sports).

you're only 13 so the resistance training was a smart move, you don't want to be lifting heavy at your age. It looks good the plan itself, as long as you are doing this frequent swimming and biking you don't need cardio in there. If you're looking to gain muscle make sure you're eating a ton because swimming/biking + excersizing burns calories fast

Yeah I eat like a fucking horse, usually have lean chicken, rice and green shit (my mom calls them vegetables?) for lunch, once I have summer off I can actually cook proper egg and pancake breakfasts.
So I've been wanting to workout but I'm not really sure where to start. I want a routine that's easy to follow but I don't want to be at the gym everyday. Also, I'm a vegetarian so are there anything I should watch out for nutrients wise for exercising?

3 days a week starting routine to gain serious size
vegetarian huh? Well you're going to need a different protein supplementation than the norm. I recommend this one:

Hey I am 13 and have been taking creatine for a year now. My friend was telling me that I need to cycle it on and off because of my creatine receptors being overloaded, should I?

I wouldn't recommend taking creatine because it's mostly water retention, but Yes of course you should be cycling on and off, there's times you need 5g a day for maintaining cycle and then 20g a day for overloading cycle

Any sources to back up this suggestion? The only loading part for creatine is the first few days. In addition, there is no scientific evidence that shows that creatine should be cycled. Consuming 5g/day of creatine is fine, as your body produces its own and it is found in meat.
