Looks like you're using the wrong line endings.
Try swapping Unix/DOS line endings?

This is a default theme, by the way...or something I made in the creation thing. Not 100% on that.

It's javascript if he would allow php to be edited on his site mal would be hacked in 1 sec.

You can just remove that code and and new CSS tho.

It's compressed so that the page will load faster.

They did a pretty bad job with minimizing it though lol.
