Compile a seperate EXE in vb.net?

Im looking to create a program, whereby the user enters options, and these options are then used to create another compiled EXE programmed in visual basic.

Basically like a RAT would generate an exe to send to people (before anyone asks I'm not making a RAT just the example i thought of)

Does anyone have any idea on how I would go about this?
It is a bit easier than you may think. :)
Look up how to load assemblies into an application domain (Microsoft's documentation). It is a good point to start on loading assemblies into an application domain. It is a matter of building a project, then using the compiled files to load into your application domain. I frequently toy with a RAT on Github (called xRAT by MaxXor). On that RAT, that is what we do to make our custom client executables.
Well, I think if you want to generate an exe (like rats and crypters) you'll either want to use codedom or store the settings in a resource file and have a pre compiled exe.

Hint: go with codedom.
I'd suggest going with Codedom.
As the above users have said, look into codedom.
