Basically any provider that has an sms gateway that allows email to sms.

The most, we're talking 50%+ is not any longer supporting that. The most carriers that supports this is located in the US, Canada and maybe a few more, that should be listed in the top of the thread since a lot of people just buy this in hope of being able to bomb people in their own country, when suddenly cannot.
Vouch for this! I purchased it before it went down last time, and it works great! Very steady flow of messages, and it's super convenient being web based!
