Hello, I have a pretty big and annoying problem.

My USB mouse and keyboard both simultaneously disconnect at random intervals and reconnect within 10 seconds. This is very disruptive and it keeps getting worse. I had to restart my PC as a whole to get them to work recently.

What can I do to troubleshoot this?

Be sure to have the latest drivers installed from the manufacturers website. You could also use a program that automatically searches for most drivers and installs them like Driverpack Solution. I also suggest trying to connect other keyboards and mice to see if the same thing happens.
