Hey everyone,

Does anyone have any ideas on how to recover deleted facebook messages, perhaps using graph API? I searched the forums already and found a post where m4dh4ck3r says he put up a tutorial, but I could not find it.

I cannot do the obvious thing which is ask the person whom I had the conversation with to send me the messages unfortunately. thanks.

Graph Api was a nice idea, but this will not work 😅
There is a function though to download your full profile data as a .zip file, it may be contained in there.

There is a lot if you use search, maybe someone is there with a solution, and it also should contain the tutorial you mentioned: Link here

Thanks for the reply and the link Gee. I actually tried downloading the profile data and unfortunately this doesn't include deleted messages. I've had a look a few times now in the search results as well to no avail. I'm sure there must be a way but it is probably known to very few.
