Me and the creator of Kik8 (Cydia Tweak that bundles Kik Camera Gallery, Stickers, forward function, and much more for kik) have been in talks about getting a group video messaging app out there. We want to make it community controled instead of closed source. This app would comprose of rooms, joinable by hashtag, that can be private or public and allow up to 10 people to video chat at the same time per room, without too much lag. We need budgeting help so if you want to invest, please let me know! :)
