I know the names of the database, user, password, and even server for many websites. I do not have the admin login though. How can I log onto the database remotely? I will pay if someone helps me.

use a remote connection tool. Adminer has support for remote connections I believe but if the service isnt allowing remote connections there is jackshit you can do about it really

If you are on Windows try HeidiSQL or if you want Adminer (PHP script)

If they allow connections from outside localhost then you can set up adminer or dbkiss on a box. Or you can download the mysql package and connect using it too.
