I am developing a software and i want to take anonymous payments through bitcoins. After receiving the payment to my bitcoin address then the user will receive the serial key of that software to unlock it...

so How i can check bitcoin payment of specific amount is received or not using bitcoin #transaction id in vb.net app.

Err, vb.net, people will check the source code for it exploits, You better do server-sided payments. If I get it right. You can use blockchain api to check a wallet balance by doing total balance / 100000 something like this
