Did you know how to get the Wifi Passwords stored on machines using batch ?
I made before an hybrid code [Vbscript/Batch] to do that and is tested only on french machines and on windows 7 32 bits ! (I will post it later)

So this batch works for the moment only on french machines, so i'm looking for some help to improve it for working it on all machines !

I wonder why it only works on French (based) machines, that's very strange. Also, the script looks wonderful and it's quite scary knowing a Batch script can obtain your WiFi network password, in let's see? 9 lines? Good job OP and good luck.

netsh wlan show profiles | Findstr /i "Profil" > Profiles.txt

that's why.

You need to change Profil to be in other languages or whatever.

That's purely an assumption though, and will take my inspection to validate.

I think that i found a workaround for this code. Try it like this :

This is a hybrid code [Vbscript/Batch] to get all informations about Wifi with their keys of course animated by a waiting bar in HTA that looks like this screeshot :

So to get it working, just copy and paste this code below and save it as WLan_Infos.vbs and run it by double click ✌ 👍

This line alone shows the password for a specified SSID that you've previously been connected to (along with all the other details about that connection)

netsh wlan show profile name="somename" key=clear

Of course you'll need to know the SSID of the connection, you can get a list of the SSID's from this command:

You'd probably need to write the output of that to a file and use findstr or use a for loop on the output to locate the SSIDs, then put them as a variable and put that into the name slot in the first command I listed.

Nice script Hackoo :> I had a brief try on the computer I'm currently using but it doesn't have a wireless card so it didn't really work.
