it doesnt work... i didnt even get emailed a password. i had to go to the area where u cahnge ur password, and it was shown there. then when i tried using the vpn, it said the configurations were incorrect so it cant connect

I'd like to express my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience. Our mail server is not cooperating with us at the moment, and we're doing our best to fix it. Yes, you can also find the password to log in to the VPN through the "change your password" area. Have you tried reinstalling the client?

im running on mac and you guys dont have a .dmg to be running the client

so what i do is open the config file which configures the openvpn,
i run openvpn, and it says the configuration may be incorrect which may cause a problem
and then it just doesnt work

yeah i want a refund. i wanted to get a vpn to start using it immediately. this is a waste of time because i can go and buy a different vpn and start using it immediately. please send a refund, i dont want to waste anymore time on this.

Go to our knowledgebase for a tutorial on how to set it up with Mac, our client only runs on Windows. You will have to use Tunnel Blink.

Mail servers have been fixed, if you didn't receive a welcome message male a ticket and I will send it to you asap.

I got the welcome email 20 hours after I purchased this. I do not want this anymore so you can refund me. I did use your knowledge base to set it up on Mac and it doesn't work. I don't want to waste anymore time, I'm not putting anymore time into this, refund me.
