Hi HF, I want to format my WIN7 Professional (x64) completely. Well, I tried that, it said "restart your pic to format it" so, I clicked O.K. After it restarts it says (not really, I don't remember exactly what it says but it felt like this) "u need a reinstall disk motherfucker lol". I was pissed, because my laptop didn't come with one. And, I don't have a flash drive, cd, or external hard drive anywhere near me. Any tips? ALSO, IF A LINUX USER IS ON HERE, PLEASE ANSWER THIS. If I install Kali, will installing it format my PC in the process? Thank.

If your computer did not come with Windows Installation DVD then your computer could have a hidden factory created partition which will have a Windows image for you to reinstall Windows OS. Research your computer brand to find out how to factory reset your computer you can also read user manual of your computer to find out how to factory reset your computer.
