When did lounge posts start counting towards post count?

Title says it all, when did lounge posts start counting towards the total post count?

I'm almost positive they've counted since I've been on Hack Forums.
So at least since 2012 most likely.

Ever since I joined HF (early 2013) they have been counted as far as I know. Maybe I just didn't notice.

I joined in May 2012 and it's been counting since 2011 so I've never really been affected.
