Very simple to use, open up config.php, select where you want to save the IP logs, you can disable referrer logging if want to, but I suggest you keep it on, simply unrar the download, upload it to your PHP supported host, then load logger.php (By default, you can rename this file), then check your logs, you'll see your IP address, simply send this link to whoever you want the IP address off, I suggest using tinyurl/bit.ly [WARNING: potentially infected], or including the logger within another website, via iframe/include etc.
