For anyone that wants to know, I replied and tried to make my case. The decision is currently pending.
I talked to a few lawyers, and they pretty much all said that it's a sure loss for me.

Nothing about this is a PR nightmare. I don't think you know what a PR nightmare is. And they'll be able to get that domain as it's a clear infringement of trademark. Save yourself the trouble and just give it up.

They look like dicks. I offered to give the domain up for $100 and they went and spent $1500 to file a UDRP against me instead.

Because that's company policy. They probably have insurance and/or a set legal budget aside for filing things like that.
