Users Ability to Dox: 8/10: Unfortunately him being able to only do USA only for the address, makes it very hard for users to dox outside of the United States, but the user definitely knows what he is doing.

Speed/Quickness: 10/10: User literally pm'd me some information about the target within minutes.
