This is very annoying as I am wanting to download the new update (15.7.1)
I tried this using the auto detect tool, it detects the 64bit version, automatically downloads it, then tries to install it, nothing happens.
When i download the .exe update manually from the AMD website, i get presented with this error over and over.

I am defiantly running a 64bit version of windows.
And then this happens when I run it as Admin.

Update:
The 32bit version works though, it does start but half way through it says that it's only for 32bit systems. I am confused because I am wanting to use the 64bit version, my windows is 64bit, but it's not working.
