After upgrading to W10 it takes too long to hibernate (like 5 minutes) and after it finally hibernates, after a few seconds it wakes up. It doesn't wake up if I shut down though.

Any ideas?

My guess is a service/process is taking long to go to sleep (if its allowed to in the first place) and the wake up could be the same service/process or even your hardware. Can you try shutting down everything manually and see if the hibernating goes any faster?
