Tool is old and not really good anymore only if you would have like 100 upload. If i were you i would get a paid stressing service online or get a vps/dedi and make a simple home connection booter. I would recommend K-Stress its cheap and good 🤝

There are some free botnet "makers" here on HF. Try to research what a botnet is and see if that's what you are looking for. Get some clients and you can DDoS someone (home connections). If you can pay for a stresser I recommend vDos as it's reliable and the most HQ in my opinion.

You didn't download a DDoS tool, you downloaded a DoS tool. The first D in DDoS stands for "distributed", with a DoS tool like LOIC it's your connection alone attacking the target. If you want to actually DDoS someone you need either a botnet (which can take some time to build up) or a stresser (which you can find like dozens in the Server Stress Testing section).
