Signature isn't against rules, as Parameter said - add him to your ignore list.

OP:

Technically, the signature doesn't break any rules. It's suggestive and that's it. But it's not overtly sexual.
If a Staff member however, feels it's too overtly sexual, or too graphic, they can remove it. Else-wise, it stays.

Optionally, you can just block all signatures from showing, or add him to your ignore list.
