I've seen on a couple of forums that have been advertised on HF people that have literally come over there and as it's 95% people on HF they have started complaining about certain things at HF including being repfucked.

As it's publicly complaining about being repfucked but it's not on HF - is that allowed or disallowed?

If it's not on HF, I doubt the staff will care. It doesn't affect the running of this forum in any way (other than maybe lose potential members, but staff can't do anything about it).

Good rule of thumb: If it's off site, staff will most likely not get involved.

HF rules apply if you're on the HF site. Other forum rules apply to their own sites. 🙂
