So here is whats going on:

ALSO I HAVE MY OWN PHONE, an iPhone4. This phone is AT&T and the other two listed are from Verizon, my dad got them from work. He is using the iphone6 now and the iphone 5 still works its just not have a activated phone number. I would like to ditch this phone and use the iPhone 5.

iPhone5 (deactivated) phone number: 911
iPhone6 (activated) phone number: 911

Only the iPhone6 gets calls and texts.

Is there a way I can get a phone number(different one) for the iPhone 5 without paying? maybe an app of some sort? Not talking about calling my carrier and telling them whats up, like some free calling app or whatnot.
