So, I recently had an idea for my signature selling thread, https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4880833 , but someone told me that this fell under a "dynamic signature". I couldn't find out if this was explicitly against the rules, but I think omni said that he's against it. Does anyone know where he said so/ if it's in the rules?
And if it is against the rules, what's the difference between what I would do, and the signatures that people wear that say how many people give a dam/a server stat signature?
