I've got a bitcoin faucet that has 950 unique visitors every day. What is the best way to monetize this? I've tried a-ads but the payouts aren't very good. Google adsense is only paying like $1 RPM. What do you guys think?

LocalBitcoins runs an affiliate program, you should signup and sell relevant products to people that regularly use your site.
My reasoning behind this is because the people using your site obviously want cryptocurrency.

Rearrange your Ads for a better CTR so you get paid more.

Other than that you could try popads, AdCash or other popunders.
