Any way to deactivate my psn account as a primary user, off my ps4 (which was stolen), i have no access to that ps4 anymore, so cannot deactivate it i believe.

Is there any other way? Otherways im really upset cause then i can't use my psn account at all and ive bought alot of games. I've tried deactivating it through the psn website and it doesn't let you just tells you to do it on your system basically...

When contacting support, do i need to talk to them on phone or can i do email? ive done support on phone before and its very painful (indian or similar people hard to understand) of course their nice, but very difficult.... Regarding deactivating my ps4
