Have you ever downloaded a TV-Show and you were too lazy to find the right subtitle ? This solves all your problems. Just Drag&Drop the TV-Episode file on the program and you will get subtitle results.

• If you drag&drop the TV-EP on the program, when you download a subtitle it will be downloaded in the same folder as the TV-EP.

Interesting program, what is your api you're taking this info from ?

I'd be more interested if it had movies as well.
I often rename my episodes and movies to more readible names, should make sure that still works properly.

I'm not using any api. I'm downloading the page's content and then parsing it using regex.

I could write another module with another server so it could have movies.

And yes, it should work.

I've noticed a little inconsistency in your background operations. You're mixing between background worker and async. Look into tasks and the Await marker, you can get rid of those events and just keep them as methods.

On another note, you'll want to check the DialogResult of your SFD is OK and not cancel/close.

I know it's a workaround, what i did with the background worker. And as for tasks and await, i want it to be net 2.0 .

As for the DialogResult, i may have forgot, ill fix that as soon as i can.

I've rewriten the applicaiton and it is much, much better. The code is more strucutred and ive added a context menu add https://github.com/meltingice1337/SubtitleDownloader
