Today I told my mom that I have multiple girl friends in the past made out with them I'm 16 and haven't lost my virginity yet and now my mom wants me to go with my step dad to get condoms and It feels really awkward because now I'm getting all these weird questions its just really embarrassing. Can anyone give me any type of advice or ways to look at it, tips anything of that nature because I'm pretty sure we all have to tell are parents these thing and everyone has gone through this.

Of course this is normal.
And good on your parents for teaching you about safe sex, a lot of parents could learn from this.
It's always gonna be awkward in the beginning, but it's a natural and normal topic. It'll probably come with age.
But your parents were young once, everybody was young once, and we all have sex. So there's nothing to be awkward about.
Especially not when it comes to buying condoms. It's way more awkward to see a doctor when you've got a STD or face an unwanted pregnancy.
