Onu.im // Anonymous Chats In Browser // No Registration Required // Instant [UPDATE]

Hello HackForums, I thought I'd take my time to introduce to you my upcoming project... Onu.im. Onu allows you to instantly create a private and anonymous chat within seconds without even registering.

Here is a screen shot of the front page of the site (I linked in imgur because full size img tag would be too large): https://i.imgur.com/gKUfnxC.jpg

I'll explain to you how it works... First of all, a user will visit the site and then click generate link, this will generate them a unique chat link which they can click. Once they're on the chat link they'll be prompted to enter a nickname.

They will send the chat link to their partner who they wish to chat with and they'll join and enter a nickname. Once the chat has ended it is gone forever and cannot be traced, making it completely anonymous. However, in case of scammers, the option has been added so that if both users consent, the chat logs can be saved.

This site will come in handy if you deal a lot on HF or just want to have a one off talk with someone and be completely anonymous. This saves the use of XMPP and Skype and just makes life easier.

An example of use would be:
User A posts a thread about buying BTC. User B sends User A a PM with a chat link and they can quickly complete the deal via IM which I think everyone can agree is much better than slowly waiting for PMs.

I hope you can all use my site, it'll be released sometime during this week.

EDIT:

[17/09/2015] There were some unexpected delays (developer had health issues) but we are finally VERY close to launch! We are just adding the finishing touches! Here are some designs I thought I'd share:

EDIT:

[25/09/2015] It's coming together REALLY nicely now. Looking for a few testers soon. We are SO close to completion!
This sounds like an awesome concept. I can see myself using this.
Your ideas always astound me. This sounds amazing.

Heard about this a while ago from my good friend Veezon, definitely looking forward to this.

Nice, maybe this will be better than skype since most people are worried about skype ip resolver.😉

What browsers supported for this?

This works in any browser, my friend! And yes, maybe it will be, maybe if this works out well we could make it a desktop app too that has similar functions to Skype eg calls.

What internet explorer, which version is supported?

Can windows xp the internet explorer 8 support this?

Thank you.

Can those that do deals using this browser chat use it as prove in deal dispute?

BTW, internet explorer 8 for win7 and internet explorer 8 for winxp are different, what works for ie8 win7 doesn't mean it work for ie8 winxp.

I've no idea man, not tested for that but I assume it will since it's just html/css/php.
This is an incredible concept, will definitely use this.
Interesting, how do you plan on the security?
