Hello. Before switching to this new PC I'm using at the moment, I was using another PC. My mouse and keyboard worked perfectly, no random freezes or disconnects. However, this new PC seems to be making trouble. I've tried plugging in my keyboard in different ports, but that doesn't solve the problem. The random device disconnect sounds keep coming up every once in awhile, and it's very annoying when I play games. I failed to find an answer, so this is my last resort. I don't believe the keyboard is faulty as it was working perfectly fine on my other PC. If it matters, I was using Vista 64-bit on my old PC, and I am now using Windows 8 64-bit.

You need to provide more information about your motherboard and type of port you are using to connect the keyboard.

I tried both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports.

Are you running latest BIOS and drivers? You might have to PS/2 to update BIOS.

Never mind bro. I updated the BIOS and it works perfectly fine. Thanks a ton for saving me from buying a new keyboard.
