[Ran]

If you've watched Naruto, you know about Pain (English dub). His voice is fucking amazing and I was trying to find an anime voice changer, but they're all for android - none for PC such as Skype or TeamSpeak. Anyone have any sources they can hit me up with?

I've been looking for something similar, nothing found yet.
If you want, you could try to make the voice in MorphVOX Pro.
If you do make it, hmu with a PM :)
