Need advice on asking a girl to hang out

Hi!

So I've known this girl for like 2 years and we used to talk a little bit but we fell off, she still knows me but yeah. I was going to ask her out but I just want to hang out with her first and get to know her.

I'm in 9th grade and I need advice on how to ask a girl if she wants to hang out. I'm going to ask her today after school if she wants to go the park or some shit because I don't got a car.

Thanks!
Don't specify where you're going, just tell her you'd like to take her out some time, because she seems cool.
Thanks for the advice, I'm looking for more help.
The best thing in your situation is to be straight-forward in your approach. Say something along the lines of "Hey, you free this weekend?" or "Let's do something this weekend." ...or whenever. Weekend is just an example.

Not much to it. If she's free, have a time & place ready. Just be straight to the point, and be assertive about it. If she says she can't, ask her when she is free.

Oh, and be confident. Chicks dig confidence.

Good luck!

I have one thing though, she is like really popular and I feel like she's too outta my league or too good for me and shit like that. I also don't know where to take her because the school is next to a highway.

No girl is out of your league. What truly determines your "league" is how good your pickup skills are. Yes, skills. It's something that can be learned.
Any ideas on where to take her? I have no car :/
Ask her to netflix and chill.
I heard it's the new trend nowadays.

Take her on a walk and talk about life bro.
Go to a park.
Walk to some place and get ice cream if it's near.

Yeah I was thinking of walking to a park and just getting to know her. I would take her to my house but my mom and sister and grandma are there :/

This is really good advice. I would have said the same thing. Be confident and if she says no it's not the end of the world!
"Netflix and Chill?"
Ny parents won't be home

I would but my parents will be home and that would be awkward c:
If you see her in real life, be straightforward. Just tell her you'd like to hang out at INSERT PLACE on INSERT DATE.
Okay heres an easy one.

Start talking about movies that you want to see or are in theaters.
When she says "I want to see that too"

You say "we should go see it"
its that easy.

He said he would like to get to know her. Movie dates are terrible if you want to get to know another person. Save movie dates for when you're actually in a relationship.
