The quality of the ebook is good. He showed you how to get started but i think that he should add more information about how his method works and some material that may help you.
You can invest some money if you want so you can get more slaves faster, but as i said it's optional.

The method isn't that hard to perform if you are into this stuff and have some experience. If you follow the ebook you should be able to make some slaves really fast.
