Using PayPal can be quite safe is you are using an alternative paypal account (not your primary) but your customers can still chargeback very easily and if you are using a fake name you will be limited once they find out.

Amazon Gift Card (AGC)
Rating 1
9/10 people will not know how to refund an amazon gift card, in addition it is done through email and they generally won't know how to find out who redeemed the card. The card is near impossible to reverse and is your safest bet, providing you don't mind amazon. Can have downfalls if you receive a USD card and you're in the UK or Sweden etc.

iTunes Giftcard (or Any giftcard)

Mostly depending on whether they're bought instore or online, but still very safe as they have little to no way of finding out who redeemed the card and there is no way of them refunding. Not much more to be said. Unfortunately if you don't live in the US and get a US iTunes giftcard you need to change stores. I have had this issue but it's just grown on me.

Western Union

WU just has a bunch of issues with it. The buyer will easily be able to track you down, it will take days to receive the money, money gets lost in transit and just many issues. Avoid it at all costs.

PayIvy (or any of these)

These as a whole are quite safe to use as you are protected usually by the company providing the gateway. But of course users can still chargeback, and also selling like this disallows you to ewhore like a girlfriend as it looks like you know what you're doing and you do it regularly.
