I am getting the error "You must have either https wrappers or curl enabled." in the top header of my website where some code is supposed to run when I click a button. I'm using 1and1 webspace hosting because my company provides us with accounts and I'm not 100% sure how to fix this issue.

It's literally telling you what the problem is. Make sure curl is enabled..
