Which Assembly langauge is the most effective for objects?

So I have read a post saying something about x86-Assembly script writing, but there is allot of them some easy to remember some hard and ancient, what I'm looking for is a compiler and a way to write object orientated scripts.

In assembly? You realize that assembly is basically human readable machine code?

Probably Python and C would be suitable.
