'Funeral costs' could be used for milking someone, not for convincing someone you just met to buy your pics.
As a user above me said, nodoby will believe you're sick if you look happy and kinky in your pics, but if you improvise you can make up a good story about someone close to you who is sick.
As for the other stories, those are the ones most e-whores use so they're pretty saturated.
