The leader would be refunded the full amount, but as stated we will have a written contract stating that I can not sell the group, change it, or alter it in anyway for X amount of time.

We were not selling spots but due to members leaving, we have decided to sell a leadership spot. Also I do not think you read it fully. With a contract, signed by both parties Nex and whoever are bound to it. I would hope somewhere in the contract there is a spot saying If this is broken than etc. etc.. It would ensure both parties are covered if the contract is broken.
