Am I allowed to request posts to be removed from my thread if they don't break rules?

I need 2 posts removed from my thread so I can extend my thread using my own post.

The problem being that one of the posters is a normal account and the other is closed so they can't manually remove their own posts and I can't just create a new thread because it's a stickied thread.

Thanks.

I had the same issue a while back with one of my mega tutorial threads, a mentor removed the posts for me. I wouldn't bother wasting staff time, just PM a mentor if it is in a section that they moderate.

The section has no moderators.

Ah well you could contact a staff member then but I doubt they will do anything about it sorry.

Is the thread a sales thread? In that case I really doubt anyone will help you. In my case it was done because my thread was a tutorial - helpful to the community.

Yeah it's my NanoCore sales thread, the posts are mostly "GLWS" posts, so it's not like I'm trying to remove posts bashing my product.

Hopefully the admins will see that and remove them for me.

If the post does not break any rules, then it may not be removed. Try contacting the users to see if they will remove it.
