Grant folder permission on folder via CMD

Hello guys,

Could someone give me a hint on how to grant let's say "Modify" access to a folder in a share but it must continue on errors so you can have it running to apply permissions.

Can any one share some light?
Thanks!

Use icacls.exe to set permissions.
Use takeown.exe to take ownership of a file or folder that you are locked out of.
Both programs are built into Windows by default.

Code
icacls /?

Code
takeown /?

::purr::
it easy
c:\
set your path
for example
goto path
c:\users\backtrack\
i backtrack folder MA that i want to lock and unlock
folder name MA
now for lock folder
echo y|cacls MA /T /P everyone:n
for unlock folder
echo y|cacls MA /T /P everyone:f
if any problem message me
