Good places to learn C++ after learning basics

So I for example watch thenewboston videos on c++ as well as school but what good places are there to go to learn more advanced concepts?

So say I watch all his videos I'm still not going to learn how to develop actual software like a crypter, or antimalware, and so on.. Where/how do you learn those concepts?
I think what you got to do is try working on an actual project. Something that sparks your interest. Something that is cool, yet not so hard to make. Once you can settle on that thing to make, just work hard for it. It doesn't matter if it takes you just one day or one whole year to actually make it, just make it. You'll certainly do not know how to get started but you start searching for solutions. First you'll learn how to make windows. Then you'll get stuck because you couldn't make it properly. Then you find a solution and move on. Then another problem pops up or you don't know how to do something. Then you search more and find a solution. And you just keep working on your thing as long as it takes. And after months or years of hard work, one day, you'll finally make it. That incredible feeling you'll have once you finally accomplish it, after learning lots and lots of new stuffs is beyond words. You'll actually feel it. And now you've created your first cool program. Now you just move onto bigger and brighter projects. And that's another skilled coder for the world.

Makes sense enough haha
thank you for the list I'll check it out
I would suggest learning the "basic syntax(?)" from iam4eversmart88 or TheNewBoston, I used TheNewBoston + "jumping into C#"

also I would say learn C# before C++ because C++ is hard to learn, and the only reason I didn't straight up quit when I started crying out of frustration because I knew it was possible because I learned C#
I would suggest going to bed early.. God damnit. 2 hrs of fucking sleeep

I have to learn it for school so I don't have much choice.... How similar are c++ and c# maybe I'll dual up

Syntax. That is about it, C# is not a super-set of C++.

Do yourself a favor and do not do that. Thenewboston doesn't teach you anything honestly. Download some books and start reading, and reading, and reading, and reading... you get the point. Check out: stackoverflow.com/questions/388242/the-definitive-c-book-guide-and-list (I recommend C++ Primer for total strangers)

Lol Thenewboston teaches you the basics you need to start programming, ...then he doesn't teach nothing much after that. But that's what a beginner needs to start exploring into libraries and other shit

+ some people (like me) needs a visual walkthrough instead of straight reading a book (but read an ebook right after)

Videos like that teaches you what the author knows, his ideas, his programming style etc. They might be having bad programming practices or not know some stuffs properly. It might be easier for some people and they won't be learning the language 'properly' in the end.
I'll try to read some books but I watch videos because having the visuals make it a lot easiwr
