Scammed by trusted user | 33$ | UID=1125619

I really don't know how was I scammed by this user:
https://hackforums.net/member.php?action...id=1125619

His reputation is more than 600 so I though he have to be legit, but I was wrong. I have opened this thread (looking for a coder): https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5003473
He claimed me that he will finish the work and keep pushing the deadlines. Here are the pictures of the conversation:

And then another conversation because I didn't get any response:

Here are the messages where I am asking for a refund:

Here are PayPay transaction details:

I have also opened the case on PayPal but also I must get response from the seller so we can maybe work this out.
Here is the proof of opened case:

If I have missed something out please let me know because this is first time posting a scam report. Also you may think why I am making this for only 33$. Well even that 33$ is money and I would rather spend it on Facebook Ads than giving it our for free in this way.

Hes my friend but im not going to lie either
1. rep means nothing so never go by rep.
2. he has 10000 open scam reports, do a little research before dealing.
3. rofl.
Holy shit. I was bout to sell 200$ BTC to the same guy. THANK YOU!
Woah.. Well Okey thanks for that good feedback.. I will now always search around a bit before dealing.

Yeah bro. I owe you my life. I really couldn't lose 200$ right now. If he had taken that I would have serious IRL problems... I literally owe you my life.

Be careful with money you can't afford to lose, man. That's how people get homeless or indebted to the mob. Don't want to see you in trouble.

Im positive that can be used against him
Always check to see if a member has open scam reports before dealing!
Goodluck getting your money back.
What a misleading title, he has never been a trusted user whatsoever and he has multiple scam reports.
I'm sorry to see you got scanned dude. I'm on another forum for something completely different, and the biggest scams came from the best reputations. That's how they hook you. Think of all the pedophiles and investment scanmers. Who would trust them if they were obvious dirt bags.
User is a known scammer, you were scammed. GG.
