My system is getting pretty cluttered and slow. What software can I use to clean junk files, and optimize it a bit more :D

TFC. or Temp File Cleaner, is a small utility that will clean out all the folders on your computer that house temporary files. The temp folders that TFC will clean are the Java, Windows Temp Folder, and the Internet Explorer, Opera, Chrome, and Safari caches. This tool will clean the folders for all accounts on the computer including the Administrator, NetworkService, and LocalService accounts. CCleaner is free software and i wont advice using Advanced System Care program i repair few computers in which this program cause errors.

Registry errors like wrong or missing files associations or programs cannot be uninstall because of damage or missing uninstall registry values or keys.

Run JunkwareRemovalTool, CCleaner, Malwarebytes, AdwareCleaner.

Run windows updates, uninstall junk programs that you don't use.

A few Other tools that are generally overlooked are:

Spybot SD (there's a bunch of stuff it catches, that MalwareBytes and AdwareCleaner miss)
BleachBit (As a compliment to CCleaner)

And my favorite: Sysinternals AutoRuns

In fact the entire Sysinternals Suite, is a must -- and because its MS Written, probably the safest to use.
