As Internet Security said, Net Seal is made by Aeonhack (an hackforums' member). And the Terms of Use you accepted on signup do not allow to make patchers for stuff published from the forum's members. So even if it's not a virus and is truly working, it's not allowed and is not nice for the lot of work Aeonhack did. That's one of the most respected users here for me.
